By MBTA

• Take South Station exit. Follow signs to Summer Street exit.
• Walk two blocks west on Summer Street. (Cross Surface Road/Purchase Street).
• Turn right on High Street.
• Follow straight on High Street to Oliver Street. (Cross Federal/Henry Knox Square, Congress and Pearl Streets).
• Entrances to 265 Franklin Street are on corner of High Street and Oliver Street as well as on corner of Franklin Street (parallel to High Street) and Oliver Street.

By Plane/Logan Airport

• Take shuttle bus to MBTA.
• Take inbound Blue Line train to Aquarium Station.
• Turn left on, but do not cross, Atlantic Avenue.
• Follow Atlantic Avenue to Rowes Wharf/Boston Harbor Hotel. (Cross Milk Street and East India Row).
• Turn right at “Crosswalk” to High Street/Purchase Street/Financial District.
• Follow walkway to High Street. (Cross Atlantic Avenue and Purchase Street).
• Follow High Street. (Pass Batterymarch Street)
• 265 Franklin Street is on right side at corner of High Street and Oliver Street.
• The other entrance to the building is on the corner of Franklin Street (parallel to High Street) and Oliver Street.

By Car

Driving from the South

• Take Route 93 North.
• Take Exit 22 (“Atlantic Avenue/Northern Avenue”).
• Stay left and follow “High Street” sign. (Road follows under highway and onto Purchase Street).
• Stay right.
• Public parking exists on Atlantic Avenue at Intercontinental Hotel and Rowes Wharf and in Post Office Square on Pearl Street after corner of Franklin Street and Pearl.

Driving from the North

• Take Route 93 South or take Route 1 South over the Tobin Bridge and follow the signs to Route 93 South “Cape Cod & Boston”.
• Take Exit 24/25 (“Callahan/Haymarket”).
• At end of ramp go straight under highway and follow Surface Artery. You will pass six traffic lights.
• Purchase Street bears right.

• Stay right.
• Public parking exists on Atlantic Avenue at Intercontinental Hotel and Rowes Wharf and in Post Office Square on Pearl Street after corner of Franklin Street and Pearl.

Driving from the West

• Take Route 90 (Mass. Pike) to Route 93 North.
• Take Exit 22 (“Atlantic Avenue/Northern Avenue”).
• Stay left and follow “High Street” sign. (Road follows under highway and onto Purchase Street).
• Stay right.
• Public parking exists on Atlantic Avenue at Intercontinental Hotel and Rowes Wharf and in Post Office Square on Pearl Street after corner of Franklin Street and Pearl.

Driving from Logan Airport

• Follow signs to exit airport via airport roadway.
• At 3-way fork take middle exit for Boston (1A South).
• You will pass through tollbooths ($1) and enter Sumner Tunnel.
• After exiting tunnel, traffic bears right, follow signs for “X-way South/Downtown Boston”.
• You will pass through one traffic light on Cross Street.
• Take “93 South/Mass Pike”.
• Take Exit 24/25 (“Callahan/Haymarket”).
