Trademarks and Service Marks We are experienced in the prosecution of trademark actions before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. We have filed both use based and intent-to-use registrations for trademarks and service marks of various classes. Copyright and Trade Secrets Protection We have filed copyrights in different media and advise on their uses in different fields, including use in conjunction with trade secret protection in filing for protection of computer code using copyright filings.. We are also experienced in patents and trademark assignments and work for hire agreements to assure ownership rights and clear title to intellectual property to be exploited.
