Sievers v. Brigham and Women's Hospital

The firm represented Tatiana Sievers, a Project Manager in the Department of Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Ms. Sievers was terminated while on Family and Medical Leave taken because of her pregnancy. The Hospital claimed Ms. Sievers was terminated as the result of the Hospital’s loss of NIH grants. After the firm defeated the Hospital’s Motion for Summary Judgment, the case was settled.
