Years of Success
The history includes the recovery of hundreds of millions of dollars for Massachusetts taxpayers, millions of dollars for our clients on eight different occasions, and six figure recoveries and settlements tens of times. These recoveries have been realized against billion dollar venture capital firms, Fortune 100 companies, large banks, large hospitals, large accounting companies, partnerships and small businesses, frequently represented by some of the most senior and most expensive attorneys in the Commonwealth and the country.

Personal Attention
Whether you are a minority shareholder or limited partner subject to a freeze-out, a whistleblower, a salesman trapped in a non-compete clause, a senior executive needing to negotiate a severance agreement, the victim of an investment fraud or shoddy construction, a spouse enveloped in a contentious divorce, a litigant needing to take an appeal, or are simply tired of paying endless legal fees for limited results with little contact with your current attorney, Engel & Schultz will provide you the personal attention and high quality legal work of its partners that all clients quite reasonably believe should be offered as a matter of course.

Affordable Fee Structure
Legal fees are expensive and can be prohibitive. Our partners, whose experience is equivalent to the experience of the top partners in Boston’s larger law firms, bill less per hour than the rate billed for many senior associates at Boston’s larger law firms. We offer flexible fee arrangements, where we will consider billing at hourly rates with a cap on total legal fees, reduced hourly rates accompanied by good result contingencies and contingency arrangements in appropriate circumstances.
